It also provides for the same experience you would get from the hot to cold to rest approach such as Nordik or Koena offers, BUT in a private setting. The experience starts slowly and progresses with each session. I completely felt re-energized, detoxed and empowered all in the 3 hour session. Much thanks to the practitioners. I will be back.
