Intro to Hot Leaves Treatment
Introductory session for the curious sauna admirers . . In small groups we show you Bania’s techniques including gentle hot leaves treatment.
Like a gourmet food tasting process, you will have the opportunity to try each procedure (shortened in time) and decide which one suits you best. This service is suitable for individuals.
Included in the package
- All facilities are for your exclusive private use, including the steam room (sauna), lounge, bath/showers, pool, outdoor fireplace, and gazebo. Just you on the property and the Sauna attendants to serve you. We provide bathrobes, towels, and water. You can bring any food and drinks you wish.

1. Group session. Temperature controlled pre-heating.
2. Personal challenge. Mild contrast.
3. Group session. Aromatherapy.
4. Individual treatment. Hot Leaves Massage.
5. Personal challenge. Strong contrast.
6. Group Session. Hot Fine Steam.
7. Personal challenge. Supervised Hot Leaves Self-Treatment.

We are still looking for a location with a sauna. Sauna ceremonies and hot-leaves treatments were the heart of Hot Rock Spa, and we haven’t given up on them — we hope, and quietly dream, of bringing real sauna services back to Ottawa one day.
