Former Services — Hot Rock Spa & Löyly Spa, Carp
Before becoming ALX Massage & Bodywork, this site was Hot Rock Spa — a sauna and spa in Carp, Ottawa, known for its wood-fired sauna ceremony and its hot-leaves treatment. Those services are no longer offered. We keep these pages as a record of that history, and for the many guests who still ask about them.
Today: osteopathic and relaxation massage at 1415 Woodroffe Avenue, Ottawa. See the current massage menu · Book online.

We are still looking for a location with a sauna. Sauna ceremonies and hot-leaves treatments were the heart of Hot Rock Spa, and we haven’t given up on them — we hope, and quietly dream, of bringing real sauna services back to Ottawa one day. Know a property that could host a sauna? Tell us about it.
