Traditional Massage

After Sauna Massage

Massage is highly efficient after steam room treatmetns because your tissues and muscles are deeply warmed. This level of muscle relaxation is almost impossible to reach with traditional massage techniques. Extra energy, improved sleep… the best spa experience.

The Hot Leaves Treatment is our signature service, and it provides a truly invigorating, exciting, and healthy experience. While the after-sauna massage does not improve your sensations following the Hot Leaves experience, it does help to prolong the amazing feeling in your body. Our guests frequently find themselves drifting off to nap during the treatment, a testament to its relaxing effect.”

Skin Moisturizing massage

We advise the Skin Moisturizing massage for those who do not want to overpay for MRT but still want a pleasurable and relaxing experience.

We are still looking for a location with a sauna. Sauna ceremonies and hot-leaves treatments were the heart of Hot Rock Spa, and we haven’t given up on them — we hope, and quietly dream, of bringing real sauna services back to Ottawa one day. Know a property that could host a sauna? Tell us about it.
