Summary

We are looking for a property to relocate part of our operations from the Wellness Club at Strathmere, Ottawa, to a private cottage or small B&B around Ottawa.

We offer property owners consistent additional income from their property, without limiting current rentals or requiring any investment.

Who we are

We are an established wellness business with over 20 years of experience in Ontario.

• Hundreds of 5-star reviews
• Professional team: osteopaths, beauticians, sauna masters
• Proven premium service model for couples and small groups
• Strong base of repeat clients and direct bookings

Minimum property requirements

• Private setting suitable for relaxation – big parcel of land or private fence
• Space for sauna (8’ x 16’)
• Parking for a few vehicles
• Within 1 hour drive from Ottawa / Gatineau (Hull)

Good to have

• Water, shower, washroom, electricity
• Existing sauna
• Waterfront
• Comfortable accommodation for overnight stays
• BBQ
• Small storage space

How it works

We start with a simple, non-binding agreement that defines when and how your property will be used.

You set the terms — including availability, guest limits, and any specific conditions. Please note that more restrictions (such as weekdays only, limited guest count, or limitations on automated booking) may reduce occupancy.

If you already use booking channels like Airbnb or Booking.com, we will synchronize calendars to ensure smooth coordination and avoid conflicts.

Once terms are agreed, we promote your property, schedule bookings with our clients, deliver services on site, and pay you rent based on actual use.

Contact us.

If you are interested in cooperation, please message us at info@osteopathy-ottawa.info with some information about your property.

Links to your listings (Booking.com, Instagram, etc.) and photos are very helpful, and if you have social media pages for your property, please share them as well.
