Stick and leaves massage/compress
Feel the warming touch of nature. Recommended to both sauna novices and guests who can’t tolerate hot temperatures. The Sauna-Master uses warm leaf compresses to radiate the healing power of heat deep into the body. After your muscles are relaxed, the hard ends of the bunches are used to stimulate the proper areas and to activate the energy flow of your body. The combination of a warm leaf compress and the stick treatment ensures deep tissue heating and muscle relaxation.
The effect from the warm leaves massage is not as powerful as from the hot leaves intensive stroking, but still very pleasant, healthy and long-lasting.
Warm stretch
Warm involvement and steam room pre-heating prepare your body well for stretching of the muscles and tissues. It’s like a mini hot yoga studio, you can improve your flexibility by yourself or with an experienced instructor.
As of the 15th of March, 2022 we have yet to find professionals who can assist with this treatment but we are actively recruiting, this service is often requested by high performance athletes, professional dancers and individuals who are rehabbing injuries.
