We are looking for a property to relocate part of our operations from the Wellness Club at Strathmere, Ottawa, to a private cottage or small B&B around Ottawa.

- Private setting suitable for relaxation – big parcel of land or private fence
- Space for sauna (8’ x 16’)
- Parking for a few vehicles
- Within 1 hour drive from Ottawa / Gatineau (Hull)

How it works
We start with a simple, non-binding agreement that defines when and how your property will be used.
You set the terms — including availability, guest limits, and any specific conditions. Please note that more restrictions (such as weekdays only, limited guest count, or limitations on automated booking) may reduce occupancy.
If you already use booking channels like Airbnb or Booking.com, we will synchronize calendars to ensure smooth coordination and avoid conflicts.
Once terms are agreed, we promote your property, schedule bookings with our clients, deliver services on site, and pay you rent based on actual use.
