Luxury Package for Two is our absolute bestseller and offers a curated sequence of treatments, including warm peeling, steam wrapping, hot reflexology, a steam-and-ice ritual, and culminating in our signature Hot Leaves Massage. This session lasts almost three hours, with short breaks by the outdoor fireplace or in comfortable lounge recliners.

This treatment can be enjoyed on its own or as part of a longer experience, such as our Overnight Retreat or Day Retreat packages.. If you prefer more traditional experience, you can book Couples Relaxation Massage at $220/ per hour for 2 persons.

It’s ideal for anyone wanting to share a delightful, relaxing, and deeply rejuvenating time with someone special. The treatment has three sessions. 1) We... read more were then invited to the sauna where we lied on our back and Marina helped us warm up by moving the steam in the sauna towards us. She then proceeded to exfoliate our skin with special gloves, and then rinsed us off. We then went outside and cooled down with cold water from a bucket. We rested for 15 minutes and proceeded. 2) in the sauna, warm up again on our backs;  we were sprinkled with warm water, rubbed and tapped using tree branches with leave. Ice was used to cool us down. We left for another cold shower and 15 more minutes. We were encouraged to drink a lot of water to remain hydrated. 3) back in the sauna this time on our tummy. Same process as phase 2. The entire experience was very relaxing and quite special.

Note of caution, one goes to this spa for the treatments. This is not a Nordik like environment. There are two relatively small hot tubs (only one was working when we went). Access to the sauna is only when it is not in used for treatment.

Having said that, the location is lovely, the people were friendly and knowledgeable (they explained everything throughout the treatment), and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. The treatment itself was a unique experience and the price for everything was affordable.

					I recently visited Strathmere Welness spa, and everything was simply top-notch. From the moment I walked in, Alex greeted me with the warmest smile and guided me through the experience.... read more He first showed me to a spotless, comfortable changing room where I got a fresh robe , towel and water. Then I enjoyed a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi.

After that, I had a traditional steam session with herbal whisks, where Alex and his assistant Marina delivered the most soothing relaxation therapy. Finally, I experienced a session with Alex as an osteopath, and it was truly next-level manual therapy. My neck had been bothering me, and I often feel low on energy, but Alex worked on each area so thoroughly that I left feeling incredibly refreshed, relaxed, and completely rejuvenated.

In Manotick, some facilities are shared with other guests, but we will reserve personal spots for you in the lounge and outdoor area, along with private time in the steam room. This way, you’ll enjoy nearly the same level of privacy while having access to many more amenities, including the steam room (sauna), lounge, baths and showers, outdoor fireplace, and gazebo. Bathrobes, towels, and water are provided with this pacakge.
